You will meet with your team of doctors in one location, so you won’t have to travel to several facilities. A team approach ensures all of your physicians are on the same page about your care. Your nurse navigator will be there to support you throughout your care. Nurse navigators provide education, coordinate your appointments, and offers you and your family support each step of the way.
We believe in holistic care, meaning your physical, emotional and spiritual needs are important, too. All of our care plans also include support services. Social workers, psychologists, physical and occupational therapists, nutritionists and chaplains are ready to help you. We also provide survivorship and prevention programs.
