I loved everything about my visit. Every person was so kind and loving and I love Debra M., Dr. Buckley???s PA. This is my 11th year out from my cancer and I feel like I???m going to see old friends each year for my checkup. I???m so thankful for the superb care I received 11 years ago when I really needed it, and for the ongoing care. MD Anderson is a beautiful facility and has a serenity about it that is relaxing. I???m also thankful that I can go downstairs for my yearly X-ray without an appointment or waiting.

My daughter and I have been coming to Baptist Cancer Hospital since last last Nov. Even time I had an appt., we were greeted by very friendly workers. The nurses were always kind and so caring. ???? They asked how we were doing and if they could help us in any way. The hospital is so clean, a fresh looking. Made us feel very comfortable.

Everything was very well organized and on time. Staff was very good at explaining procedures. Just as important, they listened to us and fully answered our questions. One further note -- as we were leaving and trying to find our way back to the parking garage, one of your employees gave us direction and then, walked us to the exit that put us right across the street from the garage. She certainly exceeded our expectations.

The thing I love the most about my care in Dr. Buckley???s office is that everyone is so kind, which is terribly important when patients are dealing with cancer. From the first time I walked in this facility, I was greeted and treated with respect. Everyone greets you with the friendliest welcome. They treat you like they have known you forever. The receptionist to the young lady that took my vidals, the nurse, Dr. Debra and Lauren that booked my next appointment. What a wonderful group of people!!! I highly recommend MD Anderson.

They care about the patient as they feel, they treat one very well regardless of the fact that one does not speak the language, they always have the translator who is very kind and helpful. The Oncologist is an Angel, a blessing, all the staff, from the moment you arrive, always greet you with a nice smile, they make you feel that you are in good hands. So far I have no complaints.

Hi - It is always a heart-warming experience to be at MD Anderson Cancer Center for my checkup. I had ovarian cancer back in 2011 and was blessed to have Dr. Steven Buckley as my surgeon. He is not only a gifted surgeon but also so very compassionate. He always saw me until I was fully on the road to recovery and now has Debra check me each year. From day one, I was convinced MD Anderson was on my side. I came to them with Stage Four Endometrial Cancer after a year without an oncologist. The one I had at UF Health was not empowering or inclined to listen to my choices. When I left him, I wasn't even granted my request for a referral to another Dr. Walking into MD Anderson was like walking into tangible hope. My choices for my body have been honored. I have a health team behind me now. I look forward to my appointments rather than dreading them. Not only would I not hesitate to send a loved one there, I'd be willing to do everything in my power to get that person there. Of course, those who know me have already made that decision based on my experience. From the lovely woman who stands as the Covid guard at the door to my oncologist, the people there are openly on your side.
